From the very outset of the work itself, both Robert and Roger were always punctual, polite and professional - really nice guys and a pleasure to work with these past days. We were delighted to see that even before the painting commenced the preparatory work, so important, was extremely thorough and during the whole process they kept us constantly updated on progress. They also discussed any issues that arose that required clarification, to ensure we all agreed on the way forward. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they ensured that everything was kept perfectly clean and tidy throughout.
When the work was completed, we reviewed all aspects of the project together to ensure there were no minor snagging items (which there weren't), and Robert also promised to return should we have anything that needed rectifying.
In conclusion, we're pleased to say we definitely made the right decision in appointing Robert Fox Renovation to carry out our project.
